What to Do With Leftover Frosting

Today I decided to combine my need for cleaning out leftovers from the refrigerator and Eli’s desire to have a “special treat” after lunch.  I remembered that I had a package of graham crackers in the pantry and some leftover buttercream frosting in the frig.  So before preparing lunch for everyone, I threw together the yummy snack and let them sit.  By the time we all finished lunch, the graham crackers had softened nicely and were ready to consume.  (The longer you let them set after frosting, the better.  This way they are more like a cookie than a cracker that crumbles everywhere when you bite into it.)

It’s very serious work eating something so tasty. 🙂
